Each Package will include the following in the pricing:
- Title IX certified bartender $220 (Per 60 guests) for 4 hours.
- Liquor Liability and General liability Insurance $
- Professional bartending tools
- Setup and breakdown time (typically 2 hours for set up and 2 hours to break down)
- Travel (Price may vary if hotel stay is needed)
Full Service Bartending $415
Includes one bartender for four hours. $65 for each additional hour (Maximum of 7 hours total event time)liquor liability and general liability, tools and setup/breakdown, 2 folding tables (covers sold separately)
Signature Cocktail Creation / Menu Design
To ensure you're completely satisfied with your custom cocktails and menu design, I kindly request a minimum of 3 weeks notice prior to your event. This allows enough time for collaboration, revisions, and final approval before printing or finalizing your menu.
1 custom drink........$35 (no menu included)
3-5 Signature cocktail and basic menu..............$75-$150 (Printed basic menu listing custom drinks and ingredients)
3-5 Signature cocktails + Custom designed menu PDF....... $125-250+ ( Custom designed menu with a PDF copy to keep and share)
Premium Full Service Bartending $725
Includes one bartender for four hours. $75 for each additional hour (Maximum of 7 hours total event time), liability and general liability, tools and setup/breakdown. AND up to 4 signature cocktails with a custom themed menu, Fresh garnishes (includes prep) and quality mixers (tonic, ginger beer, soda, fresh juices. Premium bar setup (Portable bar stand with lighting, banners, and/or signage) Includes alcohol shopping list and consultation.
Add-ons
-Extra Bartender........... $150 (recommended for 75+ guests)
-Cooler Rental...........$40 for one, $50 for two (Industrial, fits several cases of beer/wine/ plenty of ice for cocktails and N/A bevs.)
-Premium Table Covers.......$25 (ask about color options)
-Garnish/ Mixer Package..... $100 + cost of goods (Garnish Includes limes, lemons, oranges, olives, cherries, etc. prepped and displayed) (Mixers include club soda, tonic, cola, ginger beer, juices, syrups, etc.)
-Cup/Ice Package......... $75 + cost of goods (we will bring the ice, and disposable cups for beverages.) Ask about pricing on disposable champagne flutes and martini glasses!
-Water Station........$30 for regular filtered water, $75 for infused filtered water
-Champagne Toast Station.........$75 (includes disposable champagne flutes, Champagne chilling, and pour service)
